①Jyusan-Mairi
Hourinji’s Buddha gives the wisdom for 13years old child.
On 13th of March to 13th May, Parents take to Hourinji their 13years old child.
People called the “Jyusan-Mairi”.
Jyusan mean 13, Mairi mean visit.
②Hari-Kuyou
Thanks needles for their trouble, at 11 to 13 o’clock of on 8th February and 8th December, Hourinji hold a memorial service for needles.
Hari mean needles, Kuyou mean memorial service.
③Denden-Guu
Hourinji has a small shrine in their temples.
Denden-Guu is electricity God.
Denden mean electricity, Guu mean Shrine.
It takes 5minutes walk from Togetsutei.

An admission fee of garden : adult 500yen, ~15years old 300yen
An admission fee of garden and the others : +100yen
An admission fee of UNRYUUZU : 500yen
※”UNRYUUZU” is a picture of dragon, there is the dragon on the ceiling of the dharma hall.
When people look up the ceiling, you are where of the dharma hall, your eyes strangely matches to eye of ceiling’s dragon.

※An especially exhibition time of ”UNRYUUZU” 10:00-15:30 (only holiday of spring and autumn)
